Hi(ish)-Tech Makeup Cases
First there are the basic makeup cases, which range from tiny bags to rolling towers. And writing this has given me an excuse to spend an entire hour on the Caboodles website, where in addition to the girly and serious makeup cases they’re famous for, they’re offering visually soothing “Crystal Clean” acrylic makeup organizers ($10.99 — $14.99) for the medicine cabinet/counter/makeup area. (The Container Store has these too.) The closest thing to the classic pink-and-teal Caboodle tackle box, by the way, is probably their “On the Go” case ($13.99), which comes in purple and pink, or you can hunt down vintage models on eBay. Of course, Sephora has many makeup cases as well, like this ridiculous train case ($110).
