How Do I Look?

Thank you for noticing! No, it’s not a haircut—it’s this new face cream I’ve been putting on at night and when I wake up I look sixteen again!! Also, The Hairpin moved off Medium and back onto WordPress, our old home. As our friends at The Billfold put it, changes like this are “all part of the many joys of being a small, independent publisher.” We here at The Hairpin are just so happy to be alive today and publishing so many smart, funny, beautiful contributors. That’s what we’re here for. Let’s have a grand old time, shall we?

There will probably still be a few broken links here and there, and we’re still working out all the bugs. If you see something, let us know! In the meantime,
