I’m hugely late on this, but in case you missed Mark Singer’s fascinating story on perpetual marathon cheater Kip Litton — “Marathon Man” — it’s one of the most engaging pieces I’ve read in recent memory. It’s behind a paywall if you’re not a subscriber, but this writer is offering it as a PDF to emailers. It’s strange, funny, dark, twisted, and deeply sad.
