South Carolina’s Mimoza Haska has won the ninth annual, Charmin-sponsored Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest. Her design — as well as the other finalists’ — can be seen here. It features “a cutaway bustier, hi-lo skirt, lilies and a crown style headpiece.”
