Eating the Year of the Dragon

January 23 is the first day of the Lunar New Year — the Year of the Dragon — and if your preferred method of celebration involves preparing or purchasing generous quantities of food for yourself and/or others, Epicurious has a sweet little guide to the “Dos and Dont’s of Dim Sum,” plus a dainty handful of dragon-specific “lucky” recipes and a slew of everything else they’ve got that’s seasonally appropriate.
