In today’s Hairpin Q&A;, I asked what your favorite city is, and I am copping out: Toronto is home, but New York is work, but Montreal is play. I can’t decide! But since I’m currently commuting from home to work, I’m dreaming of Montreal. Listening to this song at the top of Mount Royal is the happiest I’ve ever been.

Quick guide: dep wine goes best with Coke Zero (that wasn’t a “Pepsi” joke, please don’t yell at me), Fairmount bagels are superior fresh but St-Viateur keep better, the veggie pulled pork at Depanneur Le Pick-Up remains the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten, bring a parka, and climb the darn mountain.
