And there’s a new Jack Handey.
What is your favorite recurring Jack Handey joke? It’s difficult, and I’m not sure I can say for sure which one is my favorite, but definitely one of my top ones is the idea of stumbling or just falling down. Remember the line in “Lowering My Standards” that goes, “When I catch my foot and stumble on the sidewalk, why do I have to pretend to keep stumbling, all the way down the street?
