Christine Friar: “Their activities on Mars shouldn’t interfere with activities of others in space,” says von der Dunk.

Christine: immediate space rivalry

Christine: they egg the space station

Kelly: we’re at war now

Christine: you know a mars astronaut

Christine: would bully

Christine: a non mars astronaut

Christine: what law would i break hm

Kelly: “Currently, if you want to launch a rocket into space, you have to ask the government for permission.”

Kelly: this seems crazy

Kelly: hard to break that law though

Kelly: catch-22

Christine: We’re supposed to avoid contaminating the celestial bodies that we explore, according to the Outer Space Treaty. Not only does that mean ‘don’t spread trash all over the solar system,’ but it’s generally interpreted to mean ‘keep your microbes to yourself,’ too.

Christine: it is prob illegal

Christine: to fart on mars

Kelly: wow

Kelly: illegal to kiss a mars alien

Christine: wow

Christine: that is how i would break the law

Christine: kiss every alien i met

Kelly: me too 🙂
