Is this man solid? Does he stand on concrete or mud? When was this man built?

Who has looked at this man before? Why are they no longer around?

3. Do all the pipes work?
You should check.

4. Possible repairs.
Are you dealing with a shiny exterior but lots of renovation to be done on the inside?

5. Insulation.
What sort of flannels are we talking about here: LL Bean or some H&M; knockoff?

6. Lead paint and asbestos.
