Ask Baba Yaga: When My Drive to Succeed Is Waning, How Do I Get Back on the Horse?

Dear Baba Yaga,

I have always considered myself relatively ambitious and a very hard worker, but lately have felt my drive to succeed in my field wane precipitously. How do I get back on the horse?

BABA YAGA:
The horse is off ; eating drunken crabapples & laughing with its horse friends. You would do well to join these beasts around the fire. :For they are beasts , after all & can only do yr bidding when they’ve been properly nourished. See to it — that yr horse gets its rest & feasting & do not fret so much in the )meantimes, for yr being has not changed & will always wish to keep on riding.
