How about that new Yahoo! logo? Ayyy, mama mia! Mama miahoo. As Marissa Mayer writes on Yahoo!’s Tumblr, above a 55-second explanatory YouTube set to “Alive” by Empire of the Sun, “We wanted a logo that stayed true to our roots (whimsical, purple, with an exclamation point) yet embraced the evolution of our products.” Meanwhile, Empire of the Sun has another video due out today, but so far they’ve still only released the teaser, and haven’t yet mentioned Yahoo! (on Twitter, at least). But here is a fun remix of their newest single, “DNA.” And [part of] another! Ice on the Dune is also available on iTunes.
