Twin Shadow, “Silent All These Years” (Tori Amos Cover)

Twin Shadow, who released the great “Old Love/New Love” a few weeks ago, just shut it all down with this Tori Amos cover. I’m fairly wordless right now, as “Silent All These Years” immediately triggers a Pavlovian neurological reaction where I feel like I’m experiencing complex emotions simultaneously for the first time in my life, but after the jump are a few more videos for anyone who feels me: “A Sorta Fairytale” (the video features Adrien Brody and a whole lot of weird Dali shit) plus Tori’s covers of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” and “Baby One More Time,” and the phenomenal PS22 Children’s Chorus version of “1000 Oceans” (warning that it will almost certainly make you cry).
