In other music news: this slowed-down version of “Jolene” is incredible but I hope it does not inspire any folk-pop bands to cover it, the cover art for the new Prince single is the best cover art of the year, and the second single off the new Volcano Choir (Justin Vernon’s collaboration project with Collections of Colonies of Bees) album is just as good as “Byegone.”
