MØ — “Waste of Time”

Danish singer/songwriter Karen Marie Ørsted (otherwise known as MØ) hits two of my biggest musical sweet spots — Robyn-esque pop insouciance and production that marries jagged electro to silky R&B; — and she’s just put out a video for her new single “Waste of Time” that features oil paintings, hissing snake heads and zombie-cheerleader swag dancing over some solid Moody Scandinavian Morning Pop.
