… journal quilt squares! Not only do these let you re-imagine journaling — now more of a short list of events, no pressure to reflect! — but they take forever so you have time to decide which moments to record. I love the idea of doing one per month and then making a 12 block quilt at the end of the year. Here are some easy stitches for lettering and here is a way to generate things to journal about.
