Not Technically A “French Manicure” For Klutzes

Finally a way to make the tops of your nails a different color(s) than the bottoms. I’m all for the nude base, especially if you want to get a little weirder with the polka dot color scheme. (Fluorescent yellow/silver/hot pink/actual diamonds.)
