Ask a Lady on a Boat
One of my favorite science writers, Rose Eveleth, is on a boat with 47 other people in the North Atlantic ocean. They’re hunting coccolithophores. She’s already explained what those are, but she’s taking other questions if you’ve got them. Today’s was “How is your food? What are they feeding you? Is it like space food or more like everyday food?.” It looks great. “3:00 is cheese o’clock” — words to live by.
