Who Is the British “Ornament Fairy”?

 — Police are mystified by the person (?) responsible for the 14 carefully wrapped packages of bone-china figurines that appeared on neighborhood doorsteps with the note “please take care of me.” (SIGTTCOTFOIGT … TTB?)
