If you can make it through Rosie Schaap’s debut booze column for the New York Times Magazine without wanting a martini, well, perhaps you don’t like martinis. Or, as another Rose calls them, the I Hate Flyings. Here’s Rosie No. 1’s preferred recipe (she can’t handle olives — crazed woman), and Rose No. 2 doesn’t have a preferred recipe, but that’s maybe the point.
