O Lucky Man!

While we’re talking about super-trippy movies that no one else watched, we can’t forget Lindsay Anderson’s 1973 classic, O Lucky Man!

It’s the middle film of Anderson’s if…. trilogy, all featuring Malcolm McDowell as Mick Travis, who’s…sort of Candide? It is also three hours long, and Alan Price shows up to perform songs at regular intervals for no reason. There is also Helen Mirren, because, why not?
