This timelapse video has been out for a couple days, so maybe you’re one of the 1.2 million people who’ve already seen it. In case you aren’t, though, please do watch; it’s extraordinary. All footage was taken on El Teide mountain, Spain’s highest peak and “one of the best places in the world to photograph the stars,” per filmmaker Terje Sorgjerd. Indeed.
