Friday Bargain Bin: What to Do With Your Allowance This Week

This week, in honor of Tax Day and your sacrifices to the “greater good,” nothing in the Bargain Bin costs over $50. Also a lot of this stuff is public service/charity work that I can maybe write off later, insofar as I helped you replace that goddamn gray merino wool v-neck sweater that keeps going missing (you’re welcome!). As soon as y’all get your returns, let me know and we’ll do a bargain bin where nothing’s under $500.

Girls who wear these drive me CRAZY. Like, seriously? Who do you think you are? So, duh, get them.

A.V. Max Brown Feather Hoop Earrings, $29.99 (were $63)
The non-hippie, normal chick’s answer to those long feather earring thingies. And they come in black.

Earl G Olive Knit Leg Warmers, $45 (were $67)
OK, my prediction by way of me already doing this look for spring is: thigh high socks/leg warmers with a miniskirt or a$$ $hort$, a tank or T, plus flats or boots. Just sayin’.

Shane Power Cut Clay Cylinders & Glass Dome, $14.99 (was $55)
I’m calling this a terrarium, even though I’m not sure that’s what it really is. Also, I’m on a computer but not going to bother to check. TERRARIUM!

House of Harlow Yellow Gold Pave Ring, $31.50 (was $45)
I do! I do! Even though this isn’t real gold. (They have a skinnier version on sale too!)

DIY Eco Speakers by Merkury, $9.99 (were $18)
So cute that I want to barf and then draw my barf all over these.

Urban Outfitters Corinthian Jewelry Stand, $14.99 (was $24)
One of the first things my dude ever said about me was “you have the most organized jewelry collection I’ve ever seen.” It was largely because I have a version of this that I fill to the gills.

Madewell Drawstring Henley Tank, $29.99 (was $42)
Just everyone get 100 of these. I own one, and they’re the perfect hot layering tank thingy. Especially if you have serious knockers.

Oh, yeah, that sweater you lost. You were probably “on a boat” or something, right?
