National Geographic’s Magical Infinite Photo Thing Is Messing With My Head

It lures you with the pretty crabs but then drowns you in the bottomless nature pictures. This is sort of a stretch (or, is so much of a stretch as to make no sense at all), but it — the Infinite Photo — reminds me of the book House of Leaves, by Mark Z. Danielewski, an unusually scary (but also infuriating) book that came out in 2000 and is [kind of] about a house that grows extra rooms. And the people who live in the house are like, “Whaaat is up with these extra rooms?!” Freaky, right? (“Rooms, nooo!”)
