New Acronym Alert!

You know how sometimes you’re reading an interview with your favorite actress, and she spends the whole time gorging herself on fried chicken because it is her favorite and she literally cannot go one day without eating it? And then you’re trying to tell your best friend all about the interview because you both lovelovelove this actress and want to know every single detail about everything she does? But it’s taking FOREVER to tell your friend because first you have be like “OK, she was sitting in this restaurant with the reporter. And then she ordered some fried chicken…”? Well, don’t even stress because the New York Times has a brand new acronym that you can use as a shortcut. Now you just say the actress had a DIPE — a Documented Instance of Public Eating. Get it? DIPE. DIPE. DIPER!
