Time to Check Back in With Mark Sanford

This morning the New York Times presented South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford, he of Argentinian lady friend and public histrionics, with the time of day. And not just any time of day! The time of day that is rectangular and illustrated and in the very center of the newspaper’s homepage. Something about “succeeding.” Something about overcoming adversity i.e. the self. Well, Team Jenny Sanford née Sullivan remains the team around here.
