Swiss Right-Wing Party Has Knack for Racism

A branch of a right-wing political party in Switzerland, the Swiss People’s Party, is using two really fantastic photos to promote their anti-immigration message: a bunch of white women standing in a serene Lake Zurich with sand not covering their butts very well, and the other of seemingly Eastern European women wearing headscarves bathing in less clean water and smoking.

Hmm, not very Swiss at all! Nor human, nor humane. Apparently the photos will “not be adopted nationally” by the Swiss People’s Party, just a chapter of it, but fortunately there’s the Internet to spread this message of peace and harmony all around. Oh, nice! It turns out this party is very, very good at what they do, better than previously thought. [Via]
