Do You Know What MIA Means?

“Much of MIA’s conversation is not unlike a work of abstract art; once transcribed on to the page, it can be read and re-read and parsed for meanings, of which any number might emerge. Her sentences frequently end with, ‘Do you know what I mean?,’ but I very seldom do.” — Another confusing interview with MIA, this time in the Guardian. In other MIA news, she recently tweeted a picture of one of the education rioters who smashed in some windows at the British prime minister’s party offices last week, using the caption “my hero.”
